Did you know that OPC Explorer can export your tags, tag data types, current tag values, and more? Right click on the OPC Server or group that contains the tags you wish to export, and choose "Export Items". This will enable you to save an Excel-compatible csv (comma separated value) file containing your tags and tag data.
