Acquisition Of Matrikon By Honeywell - New Order System

As you are likely aware Honeywell acquired Matrikon on June 28, 2010. Most recently, Matrikon operated primarily two businesses, Advanced Solutions and MatrikonOPC. Both businesses transacted through the Matrikon legal entities. As part of Honeywell, Advanced Solutions and MatrikonOPC have been gradually adopting Honeywell systems to operate more efficiently and provide the best possible service to its customers. The Advanced Solutions business has been integrated fully into Honeywell’s Process Solutions business but MatrikonOPC will continue to operate as an arms length business. Therefore, MatrikonOPC customers who wish to acquire only MatrikonOPC products and services must address their purchase orders as follows:

Invoices we send as a result of these purchase orders will be in the name of Matrikon International. Payments of these invoices should be made to Matrikon International.
