Acquisition Of Matrikon By Honeywell - New Order System

As you are likely aware Honeywell acquired Matrikon on June 28, 2010. Most recently, Matrikon operated primarily two businesses, Advanced Solutions and MatrikonOPC. Both businesses transacted through the Matrikon legal entities. As part of Honeywell, Advanced Solutions and MatrikonOPC have been gradually adopting Honeywell systems to operate more efficiently and provide the best possible service to its customers. This has included Matrikon Inc. amalgamating with Honeywell Limited. The Advanced Solutions business has been integrated fully into Honeywell’s Process Solutions business but MatrikonOPC will continue to operate as an arms length business. Therefore, MatrikonOPC customers who wish to acquire only MatrikonOPC products and services must address their purchase orders as follows:

Matrikon International Suite 1800, 10405 Jasper Avenue Edmonton, Alberta, Canada T5J 3N4

Invoices we send as a result of these purchase orders will be in the name of Matrikon International. Payments of these invoices should be made to Matrikon International.

We respectfully request that you make changes in your systems as a result of the above.

Please note to complete the amalgamation, Matrikon Inc. briefly changed its name to 8449295 Canada Inc. which is why the Certificate of Amalgamation refers to 8449295 Canada Inc.
