Edmonton, Alberta - April 25, 2003 - Matrikon Inc. (TSX: MTK) today announced that it has entered into an agreement to supply ABB Products Inc. with a host of SCADA class OPC servers. In addition, Matrikon has agreed to provide second level support for ABB to ensure that a high-level of service is maintained.
In efforts to secure greater market share, ABB has coupled OPC connectivity solutions with their SCADA Portal application, allowing them to immediately offer this solution to the utilities industry.
